For more than 15 years, we have been representing the famous French company Ingenico in Armenia, not only importing, selling and servicing Ingenico terminals, but also implementing advanced solutions in the field of activity to solve various urgent problems. Integration Solutions

The ARCUS2 system is a combination of software tools, allowing you to make non-cash payments through a bank card directly at the cashier.

The ARCUS2 system is a link between the cash register software and the POS terminal. The wide range of possibilities for the system’s settings provides great flexibility to meet various requirements and functionalities.

The introduction of the system allows to:
  • Ensure cashiers’ interchangeability, excluding the necessity of additional training by the Bank for using the POS-terminal.
  • Exclude duplicate data entry (amount, transaction type), which minimizes the risk of cashier’s error.
  • Reduce POS terminal’s depreciation (wear and tear).
  • Reduce paper costs by using the CMS external printer.
  • Provide high speed for non-cash transactions.
  • Save terminal receipts, as well as view and compare the results.

Personalization

Bank Personalization Solutions

The system is used in the work of the Bank's personalization center and branches and is designed to prepare personalization data, manage personalization, store, process and monitor data for accounting cards and documents, create accompanying and reporting documentation.

The system consists of the following subsystems:
  • Data preparation for personalization (preparation of magnetic stripe data and EMV data),
  • Manage the personalization of cards and PIN envelopes,
  • Accounting and formation of accounting and accompanying documentation,
  • Monitoring the movement of cards and documents, including PIN envelopes.
The system is designed for use with various back offices, as well as in combination with data preparation and personalization systems of various companies (OpenWay, Compass Plus, BPC, Tieto Enator, TSYS, IFS, etc.). Users and administrators can work with the system via the WEB interface. The system has mechanisms for adjusting to the requirements, formats and documents of a particular bank.

In accordance with the PCI DSS standard, to install the system, you must have two computers: one for a WEB server, the other for a database.
